Thank you for your interest in becoming a mentor with the Destined for Greatness Mentoring Program. We offer a variety of mentoring and/or opportunities for you to choose from. Mentors play a vital role in the healthy development of all the youth who participate in our programs. We're constantly seeking women and men of value, integrity, self-respect, kindness, and compassion who are willing to commit their time and talents to our organization. Depending on the capacity in which you will serve, all volunteers and mentors who wish to work directly with our young ladies or young men will be required to have a formal interview with our Executive Director, attend mentor training, and undergo a level II background screening.
