Regeanie is a social entrepreneur, business strategist and coach, nonprofit specialist,author, speaker, and trainer with over 30 years of experience in information technology, business systems development and integration, business development, strategic planning, and training and development. She has worked in both the public and private sectors. She has managed multimillion-dollar projects and has helped to raise over $7.5M in support of community development, economic development and public health-related projects benefiting underserved individuals. Regeanie holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Information Systems.
Driven by a desire to help others thrive in life and business, shenow assists current and aspiring nonprofit leaders and social entrepreneursachieve maximum efficiency in running and growing their dream social impact businesses. With more than 17 years of leadership experience, she has also learned to utilize her skills to help organizations from multiple sectors come together in collaborative partnerships to build strong and healthy communities. She is the Founder and CEO of Advancing The Seed, Inc., a 501(c)3 social enterprise nonprofit organization based in Southern California whose mission is to develop strong leaders for business and community engagement and she runs a coaching and consulting business helping others start, grow, and scale businesses that multiply impact through social causes.
